SummaryThe project aims to conduct habitat restoration to a degraded section of Keys Creek, Kin Kin and deliver environmental education activities to the local primary school and the wider community. More than 2500 trees will be planted on the 1ha site and weeds such as groundsel bush, camphor laurel and lantana will be removed. The project will enhance wildlife corridors in the region and provide habitat for vulnerable fauna. The education activities will assist local land owners to identify threatened species and understand how to manage threats.
