Objectives of the program Monitor mangrove and associated communities of Moreton Bay.

List of indicators monitored For the extent mapping the indicators include extent and community type including floristics and structure.
Scale of program
Brief description of sampling locations The program includes a ground monitoring component of 28 permanent monitoring plots across the bay 14 on land and 14 on the islands.
Frequency of monitoring The extent mapping is done every five years and the monitoring plots are done every three years.
