Objectives of the program

Queensland Government monthly water quality monitoring of Gladstone waterways including Port Curtis and Tributaries aims to determine if there have been major changes in water quality and whether these changes are likely to cause or contribute to fish illness.

Driver for monitoring program

To provide an independent rigorous scientific program for the measurement, sample collection and analysis of water quality in Port Curtis and Tributaries
